Hello ladies!

The objective of WRWR is to encourage more females to apply for sworn member positions within EPS by providing support/mentorship through female police members’ perspectives.

During the WRWR, the female participants are exposed to challenging fitness routines facilitated by female members of Recruit Selection Unit. The difference between the WRWR and the regular RWR is that all participants and members running the workout, are female. 

In addition, after the workout we may have a guest speaker is invited to share advice as well as their experience and journey as a female police officer. 

Location for this event will be at the Woodcroft Community League 13915 115 Ave near Coronation Park

As we will now be outside please dress accordingly for the weather - we will go forward no matter what the weather!

Bring/Wear clothing layers; maybe a mat for the ground(as it may be wet in the morning) and please note there are NO bathrooms!!
