Welcome to the Women's Beep with Recruiters!

• Currently accepting unlimited number of female participants per 60 min. session 
• It is an opportunity for you to practice the Beep Test (Being able to run a minimum of level 7 on the Beep Test is one of the requirements to join EPS)
• The session will consist of running the Beep Test, followed by running the test in a modified format with a partner and then a short circuit with small calibre weights or simply body weight
• Please arrive ready in workout gear with a water bottle

Park in the general parking lot for Kinsmen and you can Enter through Door #3 (see map for general location) ground level next to the front doors!
