Welcome to the Women's Beep with Recruiters!

Please do not attend unless you receive a follow-up email from our recruiters indicating your spot has been confirmed

• Currently accepting 40 female participants per 60 min. session 
• It is an opportunity for you to practice the Beep Test (Being able to run a minimum of level 7 on the Beep Test is one of the requirements to join EPS)
• The session will consist of running the Beep Test, followed by running the test in a modified format with a partner
• Distancing remains in effect - please arrive ready in workout gear, with a water bottle and mat (if you wish, grass may be wet)

You will receive an automatic email after registering for this event, this email does not guarantee your spot. Recruiters will be sending confirmation emails to participants who have been confirmed
