Event Details
The Run with a Recruiter (RWR) Program was developed to give applicants an opportunity to workout and gain insight in what to expect, both in Recruit Training Class and in a career with Police or other Public Safety agencies.
The RWR workouts include both cardio and strength conditioning.
- Meet in the gymnasium (Building 8)
- Be changed and ready to go by 0555hrs
**** EPS fitness testing day so session will be 90 minutes (0600-0730 hrs)*****
Will be finished by 0730 hrs
