Event Details
The Run with a Recruiter (RWR) Program was developed to give applicants an opportunity to work out and gain insight into what to expect - both in Recruit Training Class and in a career with Police or other Public Safety agencies.
The RWR workouts include both cardio and strength conditioning.
- Meet in the gymnasium (Building 8)
- Be changed and ready to go by 0555 hrs
We will be finished by 0700hrs
