The Women’s Run With Recruiters (RWR) is designed to empower women exploring a career with the Edmonton Police Service. Launched to help applicants build confidence, connect with EPS members, and experience the fitness expectations of Recruit Training Class, this session offers a supportive environment tailored for women at every stage of the application process.

What to Expect

The Recruit Selection Unit strongly recommends attending RWR both before and during your application journey.
